Reiki I classes are 8-12 hours, depending on the number of participants and needs of the participants. Reiki I classes cover the following:
- History of Reiki
- Reiki Hand Positions for Self-Treatment or Treatment of Others
Reiki II classes are 8-12 hours, depending on the number of participants and needs of the participants. Reiki II classes cover the following:
- Review of Reiki I principles and techniques, addressing questions or concerns that have arisen from practice of the techniques
- Symbols that can be incorporated into Reiki sessions that strengthen its effects on issues of a physical or emotional/mental nature, or for offering Reiki long-distance or through time
Reiki Master classes are a 1:1 commitment made between teacher and student, for the student to learn how to initiate other students to provide Reiki I, Reiki II, or to initiate students to be Reiki Masters. The teacher and student agree when the commitment is complete and the student is ready to be initiated as a Reiki Master.
