Additional Classes

According to interest, other classes may be provided, related to Chinese Medicine theory and practices, including Zen Shiatsu full-body treatments, nutrition, qi gong, and movement therapies.

Shiatsu Stretches

This workshop runs 4 hours in length.  You will learn stretches from the Zen Shiatsu system to improve mobility in the neck, shoulders, chest, back, legs, and feet.  This workshop will show how these stretches, adapted for use at a massage table.  Some acupressure techniques will also be incorporated into the class.
