Cost and Scheduling (including Cancellation/Missed Session/Late Show Policy ):
Costs and Methods of Payment: I charge $60 for a 60-minute massage session, $75 for a 75-minute massage session, $90 for a 90-minute massage session, and $15 for a 15-minute chair massage session. Payment is due at the time of the session; otherwise, there is a billing fee.
I currently accept cash and check payments at the time of service. I am not currently set up to accept credit cards, but hope to be in the near future. I am also a Washington State Labor and Industries provider, and can accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) injury cases. In addition, I am a provider for some insurance companies and can bill them; please ask about this when you contact me. You may also opt to pay the time-of-service fee and bill your insurance company on your own. Please note that currently Medicare and Medicaid do not pay for massage therapy services.
Making an Appointment: Appointments can be made by calling 360.417.9400. In the future, you will also be able to make appointments on-line. I am available for appointments at 634 East Eight Street in Port Angeles, Washington on Mondays through Saturdays, from 8am to 8pm. I do not generally accept walk-in appointments.
Cancellation/Missed Session/Late Show Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please call me at 360.417.9400 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will be charged 50% of the cost of the session for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. If you miss a session without contacting the office, you will be charged the full price of the missed session. If you arrive late to your appointment, I will consider whether there will be adequate time for a treatment; if there is, the session will be the remaining time of your original appointment. You will be charged the full session cost.
